    A: We are professional manufacturer and exporter of kinds of transformers, ac reactors, EMI filters, AVRs, LED drivers, Switching Power supplies, PID Temperature Controllers etc.

2. Q: Is it available for your company to make an customized product?
    A: Yes, please let us know the detail technical datas,we will try the best to make for you.

3. Q: What's the payment term?
    A: 1). 30% deposit upon confirmation of order, balance before delivery.
        2). Irrevocable L/C At Sight. 

        3). Western Union, Paypal, Money Gram or by RMB cash.

4. Q: which is loading port?
    A: If not specified, the loading port is Ningbo port.
 
5. Q: CNF or CIF will be accepted?
    A: With fulll position support from our own forwarder, we supply timely delivery and shipment.
 
6. Q: May I ask for exclusive agent right in my country?
    A: We welcome you to be our longterm cooperator in this field. As we have strict principle to entitle the exclusive rights, we suggest placing trial orders first to test your market. If the response is really good, we can talk more on this point.

7. Q: Is OEM welcome by your company?
    A: OEM is warmly welcome by our company.

    A: AVR: in 1 year warranty 

        Transformer: 1 year warranty

        Ac reactor: 1 year warranty

        EMI filter: 1 year warranty

        Switching power supply: 2-3 years warranty

        Temperature controller: 1 year warranty
