JBK5 Series Machine Tool Control Transformer
JBK5 series transformers are used in the 50-60HZ ac circuit of input voltage less than 660V and output voltage less than 230V as machine equipment in various area for controlling the power of electrical equipment , lighting and Signal lamp. This series transformer is adopted in Germany technical and made improvement on the base of JBK3 model. It improve in advanced terminal block which can be connected to the coil framework together and increase the wire compression so as to heighten protection grade to IP2LX to avoid touching circuit. It use IT end sleeves to increase fastness and reliability of the wire connection. This series transformer is adopted in weld of gas protection argon arc so as to be whole. The sole plate is moulding in one time to be more accurate and extract in the installation dimension. This series transformer is much improved in quality and shape. It conforms to GB5226,JB/T5555-201,VDE0550-1-3,IEC204-1,IEC-43 etc.
Scope of application:
It is mainly suitable for AC 50Hz (or 60Hz), voltage 1000V and below, and can work continuously for a long time under rated load. It is commonly used as a control lighting and indicator power source for electrical appliances in machine tools and mechanical equipment.
Working conditions and installation conditions:
Ambient temperature: -5 ° C ~ +40 ° C, daily average temperature ≤ 35 ° C
